Written and produced by Dr. Freeze during the same 1998–99 window that gave the vault "A Place With No Name" and "Blue Gangsta." Described as an upbeat, motivational piece. It did not make the Invincible sequence.

And then — nothing. It never comes out. ■

This is the whole point of the file. Almost everything else in the vault is here because it eventually surfaced — a b-side, a leak, a 2014 posthumous album. "Rise Above It All" did none of that. As far as the record shows, it has never leaked and has never been released. It is the genuinely-buried one. Nothing to wait for, nothing to find; it simply exists, sealed, and that is all the file can honestly say.

Why that makes this file different from the rest of the drawer. ■

Worth flagging on its own terms: most of this dossier exists because something eventually surfaced — a leak, an official posthumous release. This one hasn't, as far as the research base can confirm. That makes it a genuinely rare case within the vault, not just another entry in it.
