Cut in the sessions — and finished.
An aggressive, percussive cut — nothing else on the record sounds like it. Unlike most session outtakes, this one reaches a finished master: mixed, sequenced, ready to ship.

◆ TURN
IT LOSES ITS SEAT AFTER THE BOOKLET PRINTS. ⚠︎
Early booklet pressings reportedly list "Shout" where You Are My Life landed — the swap came after printing had begun. Check your copy. Single-source until a scan is filed; that's why the tag says what it says.

It surfaces anyway — on the b-side of "Cry."
Five weeks after the album, the UK "Cry" single ships with "Shout" on the flip — an unreleased track surfacing while the album is still top 10, with zero promotion behind either side. The campaign context is Phase III's file. The fan question it left behind is the main console poll.
